Now that i have your attention, let me tell you why. Quincey presents himself in an extremely timely, professional and respectful manner at all times. From day one, he gave us an abundance of great information and walked us through the entire process of listing our home and purchasing our new dream home! After walking us through each step of preparing our home to market and explaining all the legal information, he scheduled our home photos, floor plan measurements and marketing website work. He clearly knows the right people, as we ended up with an incredible listing package. Our home was listed on a Monday evening, and by bedtime we had 6 showings for the following day. Quincey maintained highly responsive communication with each buyers agent to answer all questions about the home that weren’t self explanatory and secured us several offers by the end of the first full day on the market. He helped us navigate these offers and choose the best option for our situation. He explained everything step by step and was very thorough and informative during our (many) showings. He was always happy to show us a home and make sure to be available when we needed him.
